Common questions

Do the apps need internet?

Four apps work fully offline. Quran Sathi has Juz Amma built in and needs internet for other surahs' audio. Kotha English always needs internet because its AI tutor runs online.

Do you collect my data?

Most of our apps collect no personal data. Kotha English sends your practice sentences to our server and AI services, and Nur Qaida sends recitation clips only if you join the optional donation. Each privacy policy lists exactly what is used and for how long.

How do I delete my data?

Data kept inside an app is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in phone settings. For anything an app sent to us, follow the deletion steps in that app's own privacy policy (some apps can only delete from inside the app, because we cannot link server data to a person). If you get stuck, email us and we will help.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Kotha English Pro is billed by Google Play. Cancel any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

I found a mistake in the content.

Please email us the screen and the correction. Content mistakes, especially in Quran text, are fixed first.
