AI-এর সাথে কথা বা লেভেল যাচাই করলে এগুলো আমাদের সার্ভার (Cloudflare) হয়ে Anthropic-এর Claude AI-তে যায় শুধু উত্তর তৈরির জন্য: আপনার লেখা বা বলা বাক্য (লেখা হিসেবে), কথোপকথনের শেষ কয়েকটা লাইন, বেছে নেওয়া বিষয়, লেভেল, আর আগের কয়েকটা সংশোধিত বাক্য (রিভিশনের জন্য)। আমরা এই বাক্যগুলো সংরক্ষণ, বিক্রি বা বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহার করি না।
দৈনিক ফ্রি সীমা গোনার জন্য অ্যাপের তৈরি একটা এলোমেলো আইডি আর আপনার নেটওয়ার্ক ঠিকানার এক-মুখী হ্যাশ ৩ দিন রাখা হয়, তারপর মুছে যায়। এগুলোতে আপনার নাম বা ফোন নম্বর নেই।
অ্যাপ যেসব লেখা মানুষের মতো কণ্ঠে পড়ে শোনায় (AI-এর উত্তর, সংশোধিত বাক্য, বাংলা ব্যাখ্যা), সেগুলোর লেখা কণ্ঠ তৈরির জন্য আমাদের সার্ভার হয়ে Microsoft-এর Azure Speech-এ যায়। একই লেখা আবার শোনালে দ্রুত দিতে তৈরি অডিও আমাদের সার্ভারের ক্যাশে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিন থাকে; এতে আপনার আইডি থাকে না। লেসনের বাক্যগুলো অ্যাপের ভিতরেই রেকর্ড করা, কিছু পাঠাতে হয় না।
আপনি কোনো AI উত্তর "রিপোর্ট" করলে সেই উত্তর আর আপনার বাক্যটি মান উন্নয়নের জন্য ৬০ দিন রাখা হয়।
মাইক্রোফোন শুধু আপনি 🎤 চাপলে চালু হয়। ফোনের নিজস্ব কথা-চেনার সেবা (যেমন Google) কথাকে লেখায় রূপান্তর করে। অ্যাপ নিজে কোনো অডিও রেকর্ড, সেভ বা আমাদের সার্ভারে পাঠায় না, শুধু রূপান্তরিত লেখা পায়; তবে ফোনের সেবাটি (যেমন Google) ফোনের সেটিংস অনুযায়ী অডিও তাদের নিজস্ব সার্ভারে প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে।
সব তথ্য মুছতে: অ্যাপের সেটিংস > "সব তথ্য মুছে নতুন করে শুরু", অথবা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করুন। অ্যাপটি প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের (১৮+) জন্য তৈরি।

Your level, lesson progress, mistake notebook and saved words are stored only on your phone.
When you use AI conversation practice or the level check, the following is sent over HTTPS through our server (Cloudflare Workers) to Anthropic's Claude AI solely to generate the reply: the sentence you typed or spoke (as text), the last few lines of the conversation, the chosen topic, your level, and a few earlier corrected sentences used for revision. We do not store, sell or use these sentences for advertising. Our server logs only technical counts (time, cost, errors), not the text.
To count the free daily limit we keep a random app-generated ID and a one-way hash of your network address for 3 days, then delete them. They contain no name or phone number.
Text the app reads aloud in its natural voice (AI replies, corrected sentences, Bangla explanations) is sent through our server to Microsoft Azure Speech to generate the voice. The generated audio may be kept in our server cache for up to 30 days so the same text plays faster next time; it is not linked to your ID. Lesson sentences are pre-recorded inside the app and send nothing.
If you tap "Report" on an AI reply, that reply and your sentence are kept for 60 days to improve quality.
The microphone is used only when you tap 🎤. Your phone's own speech service (e.g. Google) turns speech into text. The app itself does not record, save or upload audio to our server and only receives the text; however, that phone service may process the audio on its own servers depending on your phone settings.
To delete all data: Settings > "Delete everything and start again" in the app, or uninstall it. The app is intended for adults (18+).
