Terms of use
Version 1.1 · Effective 4 November 2026
These terms apply to all apps and to this website published by Tosa Creations Limited ("we"). By using an app you agree to them.
Using our apps
You may download and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify them. Children's apps are meant to be used with a parent nearby.
Our content and others' content
The apps, their design, recordings and our own text belong to Tosa Creations Limited. Some content comes from others under their own licences (for example Quran text from Tanzil.net); those parts stay under their licences, which are named in the app or its privacy policy.
Accuracy and AI replies
We check our content carefully. Calculation tools, such as land measurement and inheritance shares, give a guide only; for legal matters please confirm with a qualified person. Replies from Kotha English's AI tutor are generated automatically and can be wrong; do not rely on them for important decisions.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, such as Kotha English Pro, are sold through Google Play (and through the App Store once our apps are released there) and follow the store's terms. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the store; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
Apple devices
If an app is downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their support; please contact us.
Limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or damage from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bangladesh consumer law.
Privacy
How each app handles data is described in its privacy policy.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions: md@tosacreations.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
